On completion of this course, the learner can access employment under direct supervision in an office environment, or progress to further education or training. 
Before starting the course, learners must complete an English language assessment to ensure correct placement

  • Education: No formal education or qualifications are required although applicants may have participated in primary and secondary education. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a standard of knowledge, skill and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 3 when accessing a Level 4 programme.
  • Aptitude: Applicants must have a motivation to learn, an interest in the subject and the ability to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies set out in the course.
  • Previous Experience: Applicants must be able to demonstrate a moderate range of knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to the course, be able to work with responsibility and demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative.

The learner will:

We strive to build learners’ confidence and help them reach their full potential with interpersonal, team-working, and time-management skills. Our approach enables learners to take responsibility for their own learning, supporting their future participation in education and employment. Our program provides vocationally specific knowledge, skills, and competence, preparing learners for awards at level 5. We also prioritise language, literacy, and numeracy skills development as part of our program objectives and content.
